1. Our Role

Dala Auto provides a digital platform that connects car owners with independent automotive service providers (garages, tow trucks, car washes, parts suppliers, insurers, finance partners, and others). Unless we clearly say otherwise for a specific service, these providers are independent businesses—not employees or agents of Dala Auto.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Use of the Services

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform, networks, or security.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code.
  • Create accounts or bookings using false or misleading information.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users, vendors, or our staff.

4. Bookings & Services

Car Owners:

  • You are responsible for accurate vehicle and location details.
  • You must ensure you can receive services at the agreed time and place.

Vendors:

  • Are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and completion of services.
  • Must hold and maintain all required licenses, approvals, and insurance.
  • Provide their own staff, tools, and equipment.

Dala Auto facilitates discovery, booking, communication, and payment, but does not guarantee the outcome of services provided by Vendors.

5. Pricing, Payments & Fees

  • Service prices may be fixed, estimated (and confirmed by the Vendor), or based on time, distance, or diagnostics.
  • By initiating a payment, you authorize Dala Auto and its payment partners to charge your selected method for the full amount, including applicable taxes and fees.
  • Dala Auto may receive commissions or platform fees from Vendors and/or users, which will be disclosed where required.
  • Refunds and disputes are handled according to Vendor policies, payment provider rules, and applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Ratings, Reviews & Feedback

You may leave ratings and reviews based on your experience. You agree to be fair, accurate, and respectful. We may use and display this content to improve the platform. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or violates these Terms.

7. Third-Party Products

The platform may present third-party insurance, finance, or other partner products. These are governed by the third parties' own terms and policies. Dala Auto is not responsible for decisions made by insurers, lenders, or other partners.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the platform, including brand elements, designs, and code, are owned by or licensed to Dala Auto. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content except as allowed by law.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described there.

10. Service Availability

We may occasionally suspend or limit access to the Services for maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our control. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party networks, devices, or providers.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that Vendors will always meet your expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dala Auto is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Dala Auto for the transaction giving rise to the claim, or a reasonable fixed amount if no such payment applies.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dala Auto, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or create security risks. You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time. Certain data may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law & Disputes
